Thing #1: Resizing an Image

I was able to shrink the image I uploaded. I went to Resize Your Image and it allows you to make it any size, then save it. I resized the image much smaller, saved it, then uploaded it to the blog. I don't know if it's possible, without tweaking the html code, to center the picture.
