Thing #4: Adding Slideshow from Flickr

I feel that I'm not moving on with the 23 Things very quickly. I'm putting in so much time at home with it, though, that I can't go much more quickly. I want to understand each item reasonably well before moving on.

I decided to upload a small selection of some daylily pictures from my garden onto Flickr, then try creating a Slideshow on my blog. It took quite a bit of time to figure out what I was doing, including looking up help in various sources. It still didn't seem to work, but one of the problems is that Flickr has to "approve" your account before you can put it into a slideshow. I had to wait quite awhile for it to show up, but there it is! (See slideshow on the right.)

I'm starting to feel a little bit proud of my accomplishments, because some of these things aren't that easy, to be honest. I hope that I can remember how I did them if I need to go back and re-create them in future.
